How much time do I need to give Metro Trophy to complete my uniforms and/or trophies?


2 weeks. We can produce thousands of products in 2 weeks. It is very important that we get you in the production schedule as soon as possible to have your product arrive on time. We have never missed a due date of a reasonable or rushed request. The more time you give us the better. Rush fees may be incurred if it is within 2 weeks and we have to stop production on another customers orders to complete your order. We do specialize in speedy turn around time, so please feel free to contact us for all your rush orders.


Will I be charged a shipping charge on my order?


Certain garments and trophy supplies come from different parts of the country and need to be shipped in. We will always let you know up front when and where your product is coming from. Rush jobs often need overnight deliver. All reorders will incur a shipping charge because often the shipping cost more than the actual production of the product. We encourage you to make a complete order the first time you place your order, but also realize the necessity, time constraints and the importance of reorders.


What is a One Time Screen Setup Fee for silk screened apparel?


All images need to be created on a “silk screen”. Each screen is burned with a permanent image of your graphic. That screen is kept on file for 2 years for all your reorders. Each color in your graphic requires a separate screen. For example, if you have a 5 color graphic, we set up 5 screens before production begins.


If I supply my own art will I be charged and art fee?


You will never be charged for anything without your prior knowledge. Screen printing art and engraved art have to be produced in a Vector Image format (Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.) Detailed images, small or large images that need size adjustments from a JPEG or other formats often become distorted. If we setup a distorted image on a silk screen or engraver, the graphic looks poor which in turn makes an unhappy customer and compromises the quality of our product. Our artist can not only fix any image by redrawing it, but can separate your colors, resize your image or create art from a sketch rendering.


Are the prices for trophies and apparel cheaper if I order more?


This really depends on details of the order. Usually there is a price difference if you were to order 10 as opposed to 1000.


Can I use the website “Reorder” portion, text, email, or call in my reorders?


Yes, you can do all of these, but we have set up the “Reorder” section of the website to streamline and organize the reorders for your organization. Please include all the relevant information it asks for in the form provided. If it is not a reorder of an already set up project please do not place a new order in the “Reorder” section.


Are the catalogs provided online the only products you carry?


No, we are featuring some top of the line vendors that have a proven record of order accuracy, timeliness, and quality of product. If you have seen an award or piece of clothing you like elsewhere, let us know the details and we can find the product you are looking for. We are most likely a vendor of any award and clothing distributor in the Nation.


Do you have a physical address I can visit?


Metro Trophy is able to keep our costs significantly lower because we are a production based operation. Once you contact us for an order or interest of an order, you will be called or visited by the owner of Metro Trophy to discuss the details of your order. We are located in Downtown Orlando Florida. We not only serve the Central Florida Area with Trophy and Apparel needs, we have clients all over the Nation. We are proud to have retained all of our customers due to our exemplary service and quality products.


Will I be taxed if I am an tax exempt non-profit organization?


No, taxes will be charged to every order required by law, but if you have a tax exemption number from the government, tax will not be charged.
